Ice cream eat and talk

We talked about what kinds of classes are in the high school and asked questions.
I scared about freshmen kill day and think what is going to happen that day.
But I am happy about all the new classes I can take in high to find what job I would like the most.

I went over to Andrew K. to spend the night. For dinner we went to BW3 and ate wings and played poker for like 2 hours. We then came home and watch Jackass 3D, all I have to say is I hope these guys get payed enough. After the movie we played on his ps3 to like 4 in the morning playing black ops search and destroy.

The cause of slavery is what started the civil war. It started when the Abraham Lincoln was elected and the south found out that he was against slavery so they broke away from the USA.
The battle of Gettysburg, because after that battle the south kept losing battle after battle with out no stop until they gave up.
Abraham Lincoln the 16th elected leader of the USA.

I got on that ship thinking will I ever come back? Will I ever see my friends and family again? That was 21 days ago. I have been here for 7 hours with my leg shot and and perked by birds,one even left a present near me. No one know I was even here, exempt the guy that said he would get help after taking all my food, water, and money. Yes this sucks, I don't think this can get any worse.........spat! NOT AGAIN! BOOOOMMMM! Great just great, Its raining! Well now it cant get any wor......I'm just going to stop my self there, because next I could burst into flames from the lighting or attacked by a pack of wolves. If life gives you lemons you might get some lemon juice shot in your eye trying to make lemonade.

Good we had not every person in the class talk. What we did well was we stayed on topic and had a lot of info. We could have talked loud to the class so they could hear us in the back of the room. It was to long but it was fun stand and talking in front of the class. Tryig togeather info to write a speak. going up there and talking infront of the class.

this site test your skill against a computer. this computer uses cheat or something, because on veteran the computer uses over 200,000 strategy's to beat you, this is to show that computers are faster and smarter than humans.

I would like to do my story on the battles and weapons of the civil war. I would find out the different weapons of the cival war and many battles they were used in. the different famous battles and how that side used the technology to win or how they did not use it well and lost the battle.

Chuck Norris can do antthing he want and if he can he will Round house kick you in the face!!! Here are just some of the jokes for chuck norris. Jesus might be able to walk on water but chuck norris swims through land.

The human race will always hate each other. that's why war have been started even from the beginning time of man. Man will always be fighting, unless we have one enemy either an alien race or some kind of natural disaster.

If could have one super power it would be to pick what ever super power I want. one day I could be as fast as light or ten times stronger than a bull. but one of my favorite thing to be would be to multiply my self and be at more than one place. I could be ever where doing anything I want. I could be working over a hundred jobs and make so much.

Yes when you want to fight what you think is right, like the freedom for the USA they fought the British to get there freedom. Sometimes talking to a person can turn into fight if one person does not like that idea and wants something else it can turn into a fight. Right now I would fight for the right to pick are seats, because I dislike the spot I have the spot now and I would like a different spot.

Dear president,
I would like to state how important it is that we improve are energy. I think we sould use windmills for our energy. Windmills creat energy by the wind pushing on it and the proplers spinning. There are so many ways that we could use it. You could put some on the coast of Lake the great lakes or near oceans, because theres lot of blowing air coming off there. They are some what expensive to setup but they are the cheapest to keep running. We can place the windmills on land that is to hard to place house or a city there. last year the windmills made 12% of the usa energy. If we keep placing these windmills all over the usa we can rise the energy saving
Some people would say "windmills if the wind is going to fast they are shut off but, it's new design of the windmills are getting better. they Less costly to build and to keep them running. Also they are lighter and easier to transport. And they take the shortest to set up, unlike the hydopower it takes forever to build a dam. Getting smaller and can generate more power to use. The windmill has been made much easier to build and to buy. They are still very expensive but help the economy and to make more energy that we need.
Finally, so that is why you should get more windmills for energy. Most are smaller but they are still really big. One blade is 49 meters long and that is the best and smallest of windmills. We need to look at other countries and learn and copy how they use wind energy. That's why you should pull the state and nations attention to this and what we can do with it.

How simple machines utilize mechanical advantage to transfer energy?

Are you tired of carrying box every where. walk from your house to your car and then getting tired and dropping them. well we have the thing for you. You can use simple machines to make a more difficult task(s) into a more simpler one.
With these simple machines you can use the wheel and axel to make a cart to place the boxes in. Then the incline plane or a wedge to then push it into the pulley, after that to pull it into the car, and then to use a skew to hold in down and to keep it in place.
So listen to your muscles and use the simple and affordable simple machine. It has simple writen all over it.

Problem: How does the same ball accelerate down different angled ramps


Hypothesis: The steeper ramps will cause the ball to accelerate more than the less steep ones because in my experience of testing gravity the bigger the angle the farther it will go.

Materials: rubber ball, 75 centimeters long inclined plane, 2 timers, calculator or pencil and paper =)


Cv: Toy car, ramp, protractor, way car is released down ramp, friction of ramp.
Iv: angle of ramp
Dv: Rate of acceleration and the speed of the toy car.


Procedure:
Gather materials
Place mark 10 cm from the end of the ramp
Place ramp at a 25 degree angle
Place ball at the top of the ramp
Release the ball (without pushing it) as your partner starts the first timer
When the ball reaches the 10 cm mark start timer 2
When ball reaches bottom stop both timers
Record total time and 10 cm time
Repeat steps 3-9 two more times
Repeat steps 3-9 three more times with 35 degree angle
Repeat steps 2-9 three more times with 45 degree angle
Use the formula
Acceleration = (final velocity - initial velocity)/time
To find the acceleration of each trial
Use the formula
Distance/ time= speed
To find the speed of each trial

My hypothesis was correct on that the heaviest ball won. The ball did go faster the higher angle the ramp was. balls like everything else are effected by gravity therefore they get pulled to the heaviest object around. When the ramp was at the lower angles gravity couldn't make the ball go as fast because of the ramp holding it up. When the ramp was at the steeper angle gravity was pulling on the ball the same way but with less to stop the car from falling.

Problem: What impact doesth surface have on how fast different sized balls can travel?

I think that the small ball on the smoth lane, will go farther than the bigger ball, because fiction and gravity will have more effect on it.

procedure-
Gather Materials
Grab the bumpy ramp and mark where you are set the ball up each time.
garb the heavy ball and put it on the ramp
give it a little push
measure how far it went
record data
do this 3 times
now the same thing but do it with the lighter ball
now do that again but put flat bricks to cover the bumpy spots.
finish data
